Black & Yellow Mother's Day + More!

I saw this card on SCS: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2151632?cat=fav and absolutely had to CASE it!! I made many of these with various sentiments as you can see.  Colors are Basic Black, Whisper White, Daffodil Delights, Brights paper stack.  It also uses:  Teeny Tiny Wishes stamps (sentiments), Designer Frames embossing folder, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Little Leaves sizzlit, Boho Blossoms punch, Itty Bitty Punch Pack, Basic Pearls.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! (Sorry the inside picture is a bit blurry).

Sharing in your Sorrow

I went through and organized all my cards I have on hand by occassion.  I have hundreds (really!) of birthday cards, and only 3 sympathy cards.  I really needed some other ones so this is what I came up with.  Colors are Baja Breeze, Kraft (Crumb Cake), and Whisper White.  I used a cart-us embossing folder Alfred's Birds, Viva Decor light blue pearl pen, white gel pen then covered with Opac Viva Decor pen.

The Best Things Are Made

It has been forever since I have posted or made anything! We have such short summers here that I have been spendng as much time outside as possible!  I am going to start getting back into crafting now that the temps are cooling down.  I still have my Mother's Day cards to post yet, too!

I decided to start back by completing a SCS challenge - 2 of them actually.  This is for CAS187 Technique- Blocking and CC392 - Crazy Midnight Pumpkin.  I don't have Midnight Muze yet so I use Crazy Cajun, Not Quite Navy, and Pumpkin Pie.  Stamp sets used - Gently Falling and Totally Tess.

I haven't done this in so long lots of changes to blogger so let's see how this works!
